The Tuition and Fee Exemption - Children of Disabled Veterans program is available to residents of Indiana whose parent was a member of the armed forces. Students who are planning to pursue a professional certificate, associate, bachelor's, graduate, or professional degree at any public institution in Indiana are welcome to apply.

  • U.S. citizen, asylumseeker or asylee, conditional permanent resident, Cuban or Haitian entrant, FAFSA-eligible non-citizen, humanitarian parolee, permanent resident, refugee, or U.S. national
