The Tuition and Fee Exemption - Indiana Purple Heart Recipient program is available to Indiana residents who are members of a U.S. Armed Service and received a Purple Heart or were wounded as a result of enemy action and honorably discharged. Students who are planning to pursue a professional certificate, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree at a public institution in Indiana are welcome to apply.
