The Turn 2 Foundation/Sharlee Jeter Scholarship is available to high school seniors and undergraduate students attending or planning to attend an HBCU. Residents of Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, and New York are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to graduates of the Jeter's Leaders Program in Kalamazoo, Michigan, or New York, and to graduating seniors from Kalamazoo Central High School in Michigan.
