The Twin Tiers Youth for Christ Scholarship is available to graduating seniors who attend a high school in Chemung, Steuben, Schuyler, Tompkins, or Tioga counties in New York, or Bradford, or Tioga counties in Pennsylvania who are of Christian faith. Students seeking professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree will be considered.
