Requirements
  • This program is open to full-time students at designated universities in the 13-county area served by TXCPA Houston who 1) have completed sufficient units to be classified as an entering senior; 2) are seeking the additional 30 hours of education to become eligible for a CPA license in Texas, or 3) are working on a master's degree.
  • Applicants must have a GPA of 3.25 or higher in accounting courses and 3.0 or higher overall.
  • They must be studying accounting with the intent of becoming a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) and entering the accounting profession after graduation.
