The Tyler Kinison Memorial Scholarship program offers need-based awards for residents of Boone, Ogle, or Winnebago counties in Illinois. Members of IAFF Local 413 Firefighters or their families or students studying fire science or emergency medical technicians are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who demonstrate strong academic performance.
