The Umqua Bank Kenneth R. Gifford, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from a high school in Colusa, Glenn, Placer, Sacramento, Shasta, Siskiyou, or Tehama counties in California. Students who are planning to enroll full-time in a college or university the fall semester following their graduation from high school are welcome to apply.
