United Contractors Scholarship provides financial assistance to students at colleges in California who either have ties to United Contractors (UCON) or are majoring in civil engineering or construction management.

Requirements

This program is open to students who are currently enrolled full or part-time at 2- or 4-year colleges, universities, or trade schools in California and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Applicants must be either UCON member employees, spouses, registered domestic partners, or dependents majoring in any field; or 2) other students working on a degree in civil engineering or construction management.

Selection is based on those essays, academic excellence, internships and/or related work experience, and financial need.
