Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the northern front range area of Colorado served by United Power.
  • Applicants must be either served by that cooperative or be the dependents of cooperative members.
  • They must be planning to attend an accredited college or university in any state.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
