  • This program is open to 1) UPSEU members who are enrolled as undergraduates or graduate students at a college, university, or vocational/trade school in any state; and 2) dependent children of UPSEU members who are enrolled or planning to enroll full time as undergraduates at an accredited college, university, or vocational/trade school in any state.
  • Applicants may major in any course of study approved by the sponsor's scholarship committee.
  • Selection is based on a lottery.
