The University of North Georgia ROTC Grant is available to residents of Georgia who participate in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps as full-time students at UNG. Students who are pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree full-time at UNG are eligible to apply.

Requirements
  • Participate in the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) at the UNG
  • Resident of Georgia
  • Attending the University of Northern Georgia as an undergraduate
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or permanent resident
  • Be in compliance with Selective Service registration requirements and the Georgia DrugFree Postsecondary Education Act of 1990
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress
  • Not be in default or owe a refund on a student financial aid program
