The UPLIFT Scholarship is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Berkeley, Charleston, or Dorchester counties in South Carolina. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Applicants with a relative employed by East Cooper Medical Center or its parent company, Tenet Healthcare, receive special consideration.
