The Upper Midwest Endurance and Competitive Riders Association Scholarship is available to members of the Upper Midwest Endurance and Competitive Riders Association (UMECRA). Students planning to pursue postsecondary education are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Member of Upper Midwest Endurance and Competitive Riders Association
  • Resident of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, or Wisconsin
  • High school senior or undergraduate student
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • Enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, or technical school
  • Participation in equestrian sports and have completed at least 25 rides on a horse of 25 miles each
  • Demonstrate financial need
