The Urban Education Scholarship is available to students at the University of North Florida College of Education and Human Services or College of Arts and Sciences who participate in an Osprey Teacher Residency (OTR) pathway. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in music or teacher education are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have graduated from a Duval County Public School in Florida or the Florida State College System.
