The Urban Scholars Scholarship is open to graduates of East Technical High School in Cleveland. Students attending a school in the Cuyahoga Community College District in a workforce training program that leads to a certification or credential in a high-demand field such as nursing, health careers, information technology, or manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
