The U.S.S. Bowfin Memorial Scholarship is for students who are members of the Hawaii Area Submarine Force Community, including immediate family members (including spouses and/or children) as well as immediate family members of a deceased submariner (including spouses and/or children). This scholarship is also available to renewal candidates.
