The USS Bulkeley Scholarship is awarded to the children and spouses of members of the U.S. Navy who served aboard the USS Bulkeley. Students who have participated in extracurricular activities are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Child or spouse of a U.S. Navy sailor who is on active duty, retired, or honorably discharged who served on the USS Bulkeley for at least 1 year
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • High school senior, undergraduate student, on academic break, or not currently enrolled
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree (child/spouse), graduate degree (spouse)
  • Fulltime student (child) or full or part-time student (spouse)
  • Attending or planning to attend school in the U.S.
  • Participation in extracurricular activities
  • Child aged 22 or younger or spouse
  • Exhibit merit through academic performance and character
  • Demonstrate financial need
