Requirements
  • This program is open to crew members, past and present, of USS Wyoming (SSBN 742) and their spouses, dependent children, and grandchildren.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited postsecondary institution in any state.
  • Selection is based on past academic performance, personal conduct and reputation, extracurricular involvement, community service, patriotism and good citizenship, unique or distinguishing qualities, educational goals, letters of recommendation, and financial need.
