Requirements

This competition is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Utah and planning to enroll at a college, university, trade school, or similar postsecondary educational institution in any state.

Applicants must submit a 200word essay on the general financial course they took in high school, including its helpfulness and how it helped them plan for their financial future.

Selection is based on the student's understanding of financial literacy concepts.
