Requirements
  • This program is open to U.S. uniformed service members (active duty, drilling Reservist, or National Guard) assigned to a military installation in Virginia, the District of Columbia, or a state-contingent to Virginia.
  • Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education certified by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV).
  • They must be working on a certificate, associate, baccalaureate, or graduate degree and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
