Requirements
  • This program is open to retirees and honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. uniformed services.
  • Applicants must be residents of Virginia or enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education certified by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV).
  • They must be working on a certificate, associate, baccalaureate, or graduate degree and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
