The Val and Bill Tillett Scholarship supports freshmen and sophomores at Northern Virginia Community College who are pursuing an associate degree in horticulture. Residents of Arlington, Fairfax, or Prince William counties, or Alexandria, Virginia are welcome to apply, with special consideration given for Loudoun County, Virginia residents.
