The Valerie Russell Scholarship provides financial assistance to African-American laywomen who are members of a United Church of Christ (UCC) congregation demonstrating a commitment to the Church of Christ through ministries. High school seniors, undergraduates, or students on academic break seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
