The Valley Heroes Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate students attending The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Full-time or part-time students who have honorably served a minimum of 6 months of active duty in the U.S. Armed Services, or a direct relative of a fallen hero, are welcome to apply.
