The Vanita A. Schwenn Scholarship is open to first-generation college students who are U.S. citizens. Students who are seeking an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree are welcome to apply. Residents of Arizona, California, Oregon, Oklahoma, Texas, and Washington and those who are seeking a degree in organizational leadership/management, education, medicine, music, or psychology receive special consideration.
