Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors who are either 1) currently enrolled in a West Ventura County high school; or 2) a member of a family that belongs to the Ventura County Chinese-American Association (VCCAA).

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a college or university in any state and major in any field.

They must have a GPA of 3.4 or higher.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
