The Venture Miami Scholarship is open to high school seniors or recent graduates within the last 4 years at the time of application who are Miami, Florida, residents. Students accepted into STEM or defined-demand occupation nursing programs at participating colleges and universities are eligible to apply.

Requirements
  • Resident of Miami, Florida
  • High school senior or recent graduate within the last 4 years at the time of application
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree
  • Studying STEM or nursing
  • Attend Florida International University, Florida Memorial University, Miami Dade College, or the University of Miami in Florida
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Pell Grant recipients or have a household income less than 80% of the AMI for the City of Miami if attending MiamiDade College
  • Demonstrate financial need
