Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Vermont who are 26 years of age or younger.
  • Applicants must have been in the custody of the DCF after the age of 14 (or after the age of 16 if exited to adoption or legal guardianship).
  • They must be attending or planning to attend college in any state.
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process.
