The Vermont Mentoring Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are residents of Vermont who are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree. Students who participate as a mentee in a recognized MENTOR Vermont mentoring program are eligible to apply.

Requirements
  • Resident of Vermont
  • High school senior, undergraduate student, on academic break, or not currently enrolled
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree, full or parttime
  • Attending or planning to attend school in the U.S. or Canada
  • U.S. citizen or FAFSAeligible non-citizen
  • Demonstrate education/work ethic and participate as a mentee in a recognized MENTOR Vermont mentoring program for at least two consecutive years
