Requirements
  • This program is open to students from the United States and Canada who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a 2-year, 4-year, or graduate program.
  • Applicants must have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF) or have an immediate family member with CF. Along with their application, they must submit an essay on living with CF or as a family member and how they have been touched by the disease, what makes their CF community unique, and how they have engaged with, or been impacted by, that community.
