Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 81 Trust Fund Scholarship provides financial assistance to descendants of members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Oregon who plan to attend college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oregon and planning to enroll full time at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Applicants must be the child, grandchild, or greatgrandchild of a VFW member who is presently, or was at the time of death, a member in good standing.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and a record of involvement in community service activities.
