The Veterans Tuition Award is available to U.S. Armed Services veterans with four years of active-duty service or who served in combat or the combat theaters of Vietnam, the Persian Gulf, or Afghanistan. Those who are pursuing a certificate, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree at an approved New York State institution are welcome to apply.
