Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors who are 4-H members in North Carolina.
  • Applicants must be planning to attend a college or university in the state.
  • Selection is based on accomplishments in 4H (50%), academic achievement as indicated by GPA and class rank (25%), and aptitude for college as indicated by grades and SAT or ACT scores (25%).
  • Parents may include a confidential letter describing any special financial concerns.
