Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of southern California (Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties) who are living with bleeding disorders and their immediately family members.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college or vocational school in any state and major in a field of health care.
  • Priority given to first time applicants and those who are actively involved with HFSC.
