The Victory Scholarship program supports students who reside in Tarrant County, Texas, and are entering or attending Tarrant County College. Applicants should participate in community service with a faith-based organization. Students who have financial need and are the first generation in their family to attend college are encouraged to apply. Single parents receive special consideration.
