The Vincent & Mildred Abrahamson Memorial Scholarship is offered to graduating seniors or previous recipients who reside in the Holdrege School Dist. #44, Funk School Dist. #74 or Axtell School District #501 boundaries in Nebraska. Students who are seeking a professional certification or undergraduate degree and are pursuing a career in a traditional service field are welcome to apply.

  • Minimum 2.0 GPA
  • Graduating high school senior or previous scholarship recipient
  • Reside in the Holdrege School Dist. #44, Funk School Dist. #74, or Axtell School District #501, Nebraska
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor’s degree as a fulltime student
  • Consistent involvement and leadership in extracurricular activities, church activities, community service, or work
  • Planning to pursuing a career in traditional service fields including, but not limited to carpentry, electronics, mechanics, nursing, teaching, and social services
