The Virgil and Darlene Roush Scholarship program awards graduating seniors from Gibbon, Grand Island Northwest, Hastings St. Cecilia, Shelton, or Wood River high schools in Nebraska. Students who demonstrate financial need and merit through academic achievement are welcome to apply.
