About the Scholarship

The Virgil and Eleanor Bowser Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Springville High School, Iowa. Students who are planning to attend an accredited not-for-profit or public vocational trade or technical postsecondary school are encouraged to apply. Students who participate in community service and those who demonstrate high moral character receive special consideration.
