Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Virginia who have lived in public or other assisted housing for at least 6 months.
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited college, university, vocational/technical institute, or business school in any state.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and SAT scores of at least 900.
  • Applications must be submitted through their housing authority, which must be an agency member of the Virginia Association of Housing and Community Development (VAHCD).
