The Vocational Opportunity Fund for Northeastern North Carolina supports the educational advancement of continuing education students. Residents of northeastern North Carolina who are seeking a professional certification or a degree at the College of The Albemarle are welcome to apply. This program is managed by the College of The Albemarle Workforce Development and Career Readiness Department.
