The Vocational Opportunity Fund for Northeastern North Carolina supports the educational advancement of graduating high school seniors and continuing education students. Residents of northeastern North Carolina who are seeking a professional certification or a degree at College of The Albemarle are welcome to apply. This program is managed by College of The Albemarle Workforce Development and Career Readiness Department. Students with financial need receive special consideration.
