Requirements

This program is open to seniors who are graduating from high schools in Virginia and planning to enroll full-time at a college or university in the state.

Applicants must intend to work on a degree in civil or environmental engineering or physical environmental science.

They must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Selection is based on the essay (25%), work and research experience (10%), extracurricular activities (30%), and academic performance (35%).
