Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Vermont who are members of the association and/or 4-H. Applicants must be interested in attending college in any state.
  • They must submit information on their involvement with Morgan horses, their role in Morgan horse promotion and/or volunteer work, their involvement in community service, and how they will use this scholarship.
  • Selection is based on that information, academic achievement, and leadership.
