Requirements

This program is open to graduating high seniors and currently-enrolled college and university students who reside in the Desert Pacific Region (Arizona, New Mexico, and southern California) of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).

Applicants must be interested in working full time on a degree in manufacturing engineering or a closelyrelated field at a college or university in any state.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

College and university applicants must be SME members.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process unless 2 or more applicants have equal qualifications.

U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, or student visa is required.
