The Walter C. and Marie C. Schmidt Scholarship supports students as they continue their postsecondary education studying nursing with the goal of a career in geriatric health care. Students attending Lane Community College, other two-year nursing programs, or four-year college nursing programs are encouraged to apply.

  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students planning to attend Lane Community College, followed by those enrolled in any twoyear college nursing program, and then students in a four-year college nursing program.
