The Walter E. and Esther M. Woods Memorial Endowed Scholarship supports high school graduates from Hinsdale, Malta, Saco, or Whitewater, Montana, who plan to attend Montana State University Billings. If no incoming freshmen qualify, then sophomores, juniors or seniors may be considered. Special consideration is given to graduates of Saco High School in Montana.
