The Walter M. Otey, III Scholarship supports graduating high school seniors who are Virginia residents. Students who demonstrate academic achievement, have financial need, and are planning to attend Roanoke College, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Virginia Tech, or the nursing program at Virginia Western Community College are welcome to apply.
