The Walter Vaughn Excellence in Human Resources Scholarship offers financial assistance for college students from historically underserved populations studying human resources, public administration, or a related field. Undergraduate or graduate students seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU).
