The Waneta Drake Miller Edmison Non-Traditional Student Scholarship is awarded to nontraditional, returning college students who are residents of Lincoln, McCook, Minnehaha, or Turner counties in South Dakota. Students who have completed at least six college credit hours are welcome to apply.
