The Wappingers Rotary Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Roy C. Ketcham High School in New York or those who reside in the Roy C. Ketcham district. Students who have been involved in community service and have demonstrated an ability to succeed in their chosen course of study are encouraged to apply.
