The Warren "Bullet" and Peg Kirk Bell Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Findlay High School in Ohio who have participated and lettered in a sport. Students who demonstrate uncommon perseverance and determination in overcoming or attempting to overcome significant adversity in their lives are encouraged to apply. Students who receive full scholarship support from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
